multi language chinese

I'm using english winxp, but I want
to type in chinese (traditional) and
I can't find any chinese location
(taiwan, hong kong, china). why ??

Because I can choose this when I
using windows 2003 server english !!

I think you did not install Far East Language support.
You can tick it in the 2nd page of Region and Language Setting in Control Pannel.
