Multi column report

How do you print a column header for each column in a multiple column
report? I have a report that prints a list in four columns on the printout
and I want a column header to appear in each of the columns.

I think your example shows 3 columns!!!
You'll need to use the Page Header to show the column names.
Design a full width report.
Place the above column headings where they should appear, duplicating
each column label across the header.

Place just one column of text controls in the detail section.
Then go to File + Page Setup + columns

Set the columns to 4 (or as many as you want).
Uncheck the Column Size 'Same as detail' check box.
Enter the desired column width plus any other data asked for.
Then check either Down, then Across or Across, then Down as wanted.

Run the report.
Reposition the column labels as needed to be over the appropriate
column.
