I don't think it is listed in Help because it is a system (and hidden)
object which is supposedly to be used by Access itself only...
If you know about this, you can view the data or construct a Query to for a
different / abridged vew of the data but NEVER modify the data in this Table
since doing so may corrupt your database beyond repairs.
