MSysObjects - Update Criteria to existing query in this table?

Is there a way to update , possibly an insertion to this
table for referencing parameter as a criteria.

I have a query "qryProject_Charter" that has reference to
controls that appear on a run-time only form. Is there
any documentation from Microsoft that defines the schema
data for hidden system tables? A white paper maybe. Is
it even possible to write to Access System Tables?

As far as I know there is no way to write to the MSysObjects tables.
