MSysDB - spooky circumstances

Hi group,
I get the MSysDb-error under special environment circumstances: We made a
*.mde file and delivered it to a customer and he gets the MSysDb-Error. He
sent back the *.mde file but we can open it without problems. Does anybody
know what could have been gone wrong? Might this be a problem of user
privileges?
