I was trying to fill out information on a webapp with few different fields
which each had drop down selections of items. Before the webpage to the
webapp completely loaded, a pop-up error message came up with an 'ok' button
on it saying, "Failed to load Msxml2.dll".
What does this mean?
Why am I getting this error message?
How can I solve this problem and make this error go away?
