msxm13.dll was not Copied Correctly on Upgrade

I am upgrading from ME to XP Home. While the install was running, it came
up with a error message :

the file msxm13.dll was not copied correctly.

It gave an option to retry, skip, or quit. I tried to retry a couple of
times without success.

I am currently stopped at that point with those options.

Any idea what I can do to get a successful install?
