msxm13.dll error

Everytime I try to access anything WindowsXP from the
MS.com website (updates, security bulletins etc.) I get
the following message:

msxml3.dll error '80072f76'

The requested header was not found

/library/toolbar/3.0/js.asp, line 36

Is this a problem with the MS.com system or my computer?

You might try posting this in one of the xml-specific newsgroups. See
http://www.aumha.org/nntp.htm for a list of all MS public newsgroups,
search for "xml" and pick the one that looks like it relates to what
you're trying to do.

Download and run the latest msxml3.dll and see if that helps:

Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4)

If that doesn't help, and you have the latest security update for Internet
Explorer installed (KB832894, released earlier this month), you might need this
one as well:
