.dll error

When I go to the microsoft sites that have to deal with
windows xp or IE6 I get this error:

msxml3.dll error '80072f76'

The requested header was not found

/library/toolbar/3.0/vb.asp, line 34

I have tried to download versions of msxml3 and install
them, but nothing worked. I reinstalled windows xp
service pack 1 and I am still getting the same error. I
am at a loss for what to do. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

Other then IE do you have any other toolbars that are active, google etc...
