When I was in the MicroSoft Home page, There was a little
box indicating how to protect your PC in 3 easy steps.
When I clicked on it, I got the following error Message:

msxml3.dll error 80072f76
The requested header was not found
/library/toolbar/3.0/js.asp, line 36

I've tried several times to get to it but keep getting
this error message.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Thanks in advance. Gregor Venetz.

What web browser are you using? (Including the version number...)

Step one is getting up-to-date on MS released service.
Can you visit Windows Update? And if so have you
allowed it to install all critical service ??
There are updates for msxml.dll versions, so perhaps
you are not up-to-date and visiting WU will get you so
that you may then follow that link.

Iam upto date inregards to all updates from Microsoft. I
just did that prior to attempting to do those 3 easy
steps. I use Internet Explorer Version 6 with the latest
SP1 patches. There are about 6 of them, all have
different numbers.

Gregor.
