I am getting an error mswinsrv32.exe has encountered a
problem and needs to close. what is this file and how do I
fix it.

AFAIK, this is not a Windows file. What does a scan with a current
antivirus program (meaning a version not earlier than 2002 and using
updated virus definitions) show?
