msvcrt.dll access violation

Windows XP Pro: Updated Quest Estimator, and keep getting an access
violation for msvcrt.dll when trying to export to Excel. Tech support for
the program can't recreate the problem. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Search for msvcrt.dll and see how many different versions you have. If an
older dll is loaded from another program it will stay in memory and may
cause problems. Hope that helps.
