msvcr80.dll

Hello,

I just purchased a new laptop that came with this subscription to this
program called Vongo. I installed the program but when I go to open it, I get
an error message that says that it can't find the library msvcr80.dll
required by msoxmlnf.dll. I do not have WinDoctor or any other program like
it, the file is installed, I found it in the location that it should be in,
but I am not sure how to get the program to find the file where it should be,
could anyone please help me out with this, I would really appreciate it.
