Hello

This just started out of the blue (oops)...System has been running regularly prior to this event

Have a blue screen message that comes up when booting primary OS:- msvcr80.dll file not found.
Have found many sites on line outlining similar problems but none definitive.
It seems that this file is not dedicated to the OS but other software makers use this same file to run their applications.
I assume that it is a video card issue as I don't get to the Vista log on screen just a blue screen with this message.

Any help, hints or productive websites would be appreciated.

Thanks

PROBLEM SOLVED RELOADED OS.
