Hi,

I have a file called msocust.dll in a folder in my C drive (with a really
long name of numbers and letters) which can't be deleted. Does anyone know
what it is?

Thanks!
Jeff

it can be deleted
when you install a hotfix, a really long folder is created to extract the
files needed to install the hotfix
sounds like it was installed and for some reason that file and folder was
not deleted after the hotfix completed
