msnconf.exe

I ran a housecall scan on my computer and it said my
msnconf.exe is infected with a virus. There is no way for
me to clean or delete file since I cannot access. It
always says the file is locked or in use. What do I do?

Boot your computer in Safe Mode and rescan. Alternatively, open Task
Manager, locate the MSCONF.EXE process, highlight it and click End Process.
Then scan your system again.
