MSN8 mailhost error

From the verizon online with MSN8 browser window, I clock
on mail & more, then inbox. Here is the error window that
appears.

File: MSN13.mailhost

To open this file, windows neds to knowwjat program
created it. Windows can go online to look it up
automatically, or you can manually select it from the
list of programs on your computer.

What do you want to do?

_ Use the web service to find the appropriate program
_ Select the program from a list


I have tried both options, and I still cannot figure out
the problem. I can go directly to hotmail and look at my
inbox, however I loose the advantages provided by the
verizon interface.

Any suggestions?
 
Hi. I have the same problem and Microsoft is no help when I call. Have you

we are having the same problem.. did you get any solutions? please let us

we will try removing msn and downloading it again, will see!
