MSN Videos play sound, no picture

I am trying to watch MSN videos, and I have no idea what format that they
use, but I can only listen to the video. The video is black and you can not
see anything. I am using windows xp sp2 and all the updates.

I have tried to work through MSN support, but to no avail. Any suggestions.

Ok i turned off my zonealarm firewall, and I can now play the commercials,
but the actual video content that I want to watch is still black. I can hear
it, but not see it. Thanks...

Hi Jacob, I'm in the same boat. If I get an answer I'll let you know.
Sometimes I get the video but it stops every couple of seconds, not fun....

Well, ok admins, anyone have any ideas? Been trying for 2 months to get this
fixed. I have read that it might be my firewall, so i disabled it.. Still
nothing. So, what can I do to fix this. The odd thing is that occasionally,
the 30second commercials will work, but not the MSN videos. They are black.
