I have noticed that the Pop ups blocked button has a
counter that indicates it is working. Is there any way
that the number can be reset or does it just continue to
grow?

On the MSN Options page, disable popup blocker. Close all browser windows.
Now go back to Options page and re-enable popup blocker.
