MSN Premuim Help??

Someone on here said they changed the MSN.exe to WinXP SP2 compatibility mode ?

Can you please explain how, so that we can all get MS preuim up and running?
 
Right click the executable, click Properties > Compatibility (tab) > under
Compatibility mode, check "Run this program in compatibility for:", click in
the list box, select Windows XP Service Pack. > OK .
