MSN Messenger

Internet explorer says it cannot display the page everytime I try and
download Messenger on my new system. I am running Windows Vista. Have I
missed something in the security or firewall settings?

where are you trying to download it from? there is the new Windows Live
installer that installs messenger and other stuff if you want to here are 2
