It is looking pretty messy. I've spent a few hours on the phone with MSN and
Dell, and they have decided that there are Internet Explorer files corrupted.
I have only one phone line, so was on the cell phone, which after a couple
hours (groan), it ran out of battery. I now cannot get on the internet at
all. I don't know if I could download something on the other computer and
get it onto the other or not. At any rate, I have a very slow dial-up
connection. Someone is going to send me a CD, but that will take a couple
weeks, so not happy. I might get them on the phone again, but you have to
wait so long, that it would have to be in the middle of the night to get
someone. There really aren't any error messges, it just won't let me do the
set up and get on the internet. What's worse, one woman had me delete MSN,
which I spent three hours downloading. I have an older CD with MSN and IE,
but the computer does not want to accept that either. Thanks if you have
ideas.
