MSN Messenger: No sound from Win XP.

I have set up a Win2000 PC in Norway, and a WinXP PC in Canada. Both with
msn nessenger 6.1 and a Logitech Quickcam camera (with mic). The 2000 pc can
send video and sound. The XP pc can only send video, no sound. I have not
activated the buildtin firewall in XP. What am I doing wrong?
Please, I have been sent to Norway to work for 4 months, I hoped that I
could see and talk to my kids every day without a massive phonebill!

Greetings Arvid,

You'll probably want to turn off the QoS Packet Scheduler if it's engaged on the Windows XP
PC. To do so, click Start, then click the Control Panel. If you're in category view click
Network and Internet connections then click Network Connections. Right click your
network/internet connection, then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet Scheduler, then
reboot and try again.

Thank you for responding, but it is already turned off, so is the firewall.
Tried to replace the RTCDLL.DLL files, still no luck.
