MSN inacessability

Has Microsoft set up a program that is not allowing me to
access my MSN account? I currently live in Brasil and for
the last three days I have not been able to access MSN,
after a few attempts it comes up that there may be a
problem with MSN or with my explorer. Only thing I can
think of is that Microsoft installed a firewall which is
stopping MSN. Anyone else had a similar problem and if
yes, how did you fix it.

Try adding (if not already there) https://*.microsoft.com to Trusted
Sites. Also, verify that on the Internet Options Advanced tab near the
bottom of the list, that every instance of SSL is checked.
