msn help

Go to start buttom >>> then >>> Run >>> and
it the run area add this there , you can copy and paste it unto the run
command , once its there just click ok ... this what you enter in the Run
command >>>
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

i have a problem were my msn sign on screen keeps popping up ......how do i
get rid of this problem .....its so annoying..........i've tried every
possible way but i have't gotten any results.........anybody out there have
a clue to whats going on?..........Thanks i sure do appreciate all the help
i can get........
