MSN folder won't expand.

I have installed office 2003 on my computer running xp pro. My msn address
shows up on the folders list but when I click on it it tells me that '
outlook cannot expand this folder'. All the other folder seem to be there and
are open.

I'd close and restart outlook and if it still fails, remove the account and
readd it.

Thank you. I will try that . I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the
program.

I'd close and restart outlook and if it still fails, remove the account and
readd it.
