MSN Favorites Export Toolkit

Oddly enough, Internet Explorer cannot import your MSN Explorer
favorites. This toolkit does the job by transforming the MSN favorites
file (favorites.xml) into a Netscape favorites file (bookmark.htm) that
is (ironically) suitable for import into IE.
