MSN and Outlook 2007

I am trying to configure MSN with Outlook without success.

I followed the instructions provided by the Help feature and Qwest, Internet
provider, and all I get is frustrated. Any suggestions?

Where do you get stuck?

I took these steps:

Manually configures server settings
Selected internet e-mail

added my name and e-mail addresses
selected HTTP
selected MSN
added my user name and password
closed.

After all this, the error I get is a synchronization error.

What is the exact error?
You have an @msn address?
What results do you get when you let Outlook try autoresolve instead of you
configuring it manually?

You can also try it with using the Outlook Connector.

Connector does not fix the issue. I still am receiving the error of
0x800cccfo service unavailable
