Everytime I reboot my system I have noticed that my
network activity is constant. I am sending and receiving
packets but have no idea what the data is. I have
disabled the Windows Messenger service but these two
executables still show up after a restart. When I
terminate the process and disable/enable the network
connection, the sending/receiving activity ceases.
Can anyone tell me what is going on here? I Norton
Antivirus running and up-to-date and have also run
Spybot. What else can I do and how do I find out what my
system is communicating with?

Thanks,
Burt

Msmsg.exe and msmsgs.exe Belong to the MSN messenger
program, try running Spybot in advanced mode and taking
these programs off your System Startup. (In
Spybot>Tools>System Startup.)

Hope this helped.
