msmq and AD

When I Want to install Message Queuing service
I receive this message
non valid , cannot create object with error code :
0xC00E0071

I see in AD and I cannot see the object MSMQ in services
directory.

And When I search in Knowlege base I can see the
"Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 310526 "
But where I can download this HotFix for create again the
object MSMQ

As noted in the KB article you should contact Microsoft Product Support
Services for this fix. Some fixes are not generally available so this is
the only way to get them.
