msinfo32.exe

On my Windows XP Pro system, when I run msinfo32.exe
or
start/programs/accessories/system tools/system information,

I get no display to the screen.

Also when I start/Help and support,
I get no display to the screen.

When I bring task manager up during these activities,
I see helpctr.exe process starting, then terminating. Any
ideas?

I don't know about Chris but that "helpctr -regserver"
did not change anything for me. I have the same problem
as Chris.
