MSIMN Error

Hi all

When I closed a programme, can't remember which- I got a box headed;--
MSIMN - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f58d2c" referenced memory at "0x009a4c08".. The
memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the programme.
Anyone tell me what this is all about?
