msiexec error

Hello,

I get the following error message when executing a programme:
"Windows cannot find 'MSIEXEC'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and
then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click
Search."

What have I forgotten in the Target designer?

Are you trying to install something? Is Windows Installer Service component
in the image?
