MSIE Crashes when Pop-Up occur

Why does or is there a fix for MSIE that will keep it
from crashing when a pop-up occurs. About 85% of the time
when I surf a site that has a pop-up (Most of them do
these days) MSIE will stop responding. I have tried the
pop-up killers but taht seems to make it worse. Any
advise would be helpful.

Your scripting engine might have become corrupt. Try downloading the
latest version (5.6) from www.microsoft.com/scripting
