If "for as long as you wish" modifies "obtain", this rules out freeware
with distribution restrictions. For a lot of freeware, there's no way
to tell how long it will be freely obtainable.

Freeware: software that you may legally obtain and use for as long as
you wish, at no cost, monetary or otherwise.
