But actually our requirement is ,
Our Exe should get executed once the user clicks on the Finish button, in
the MSI.

You can't get there with a Visual Studio setup project because it doesn't
let you tie custom actions to button clicks. There are about 20 tools that
build MSI setups, and Visual Studio is one that doesn't really have a lot of
capabilities.
