MSI Starcam 370i

I own one of these, I just wanted to know if there are any plans on
incluiding native support for this webcam.

Only MSI or the webcam manufacturer can release drivers for this device.
"Native" drivers are drivers the manufacture sent to Microsoft for signing
and inclusion on the DVD - that's all. Nothing special about them.
