mshtml.dll error - help please

I don't know if I have the right place for this question,
but here goes.

An error message constantly appears. "ybrowser has caused
and error in mshtml.dll"

Clicking on "OK" knock me of line and back to desktop.


P. S. I'm on Yahoo DSL. Win ME

What is this?
Why is it happening?
How do I fix it?

Go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Yahoo Companion.
