Is it possible to create a message box with a "decision
point"? So that a user would click one button and a macro
would run, while clicking the second button runs a
different macro?

You can either use the yes/No/Cancel buttons of the standard msgbox function
to determine what to do (sometimes this works - though often it is too
confusing) or create your own custom msgbox with meaning full button
captions. Take a look at http://www.datastrat.com/DataStrat2.html for a
custom msgbox which may adapt well for your needs.
