msg32.exe starts up automatically (twice actually) on my
system. I can see it with msconfig and I can turn it off.
How do I find out what's starting this and how do I get
rid of it, it's crashing my system. Please help.

Do you have an older HP or Compaq? According to Google, this file is
associated with an older Conexant or Riptide modem, one of those
repellent modem/audio combo cards. If you aren't using the modem for
sound or dialup, you can uninstall it. Otherwise, you would have to
replace it with 2 cards - one for sound, one for modem.
