MSDN Windows XP is not a bootable CD

How do I make the *.iso MSDN copy I downloaded from the
MSDN Universal site a bootable CD? It appears to contain
all the same files, only when I attempt to install it to
a newly formatted hard drive it won't boot like my
purchased Windows XP CD's do. I downloaded the (*.iso)
from the MSDN site, used IsoBuster to extract the files,
burned the extracted files to a CD, inserted the CD into
the PC, changed the BIOS setting to boot from the CD-ROM
first and nothing happens. I tested the PC with a
purchased version of Windows XP and it boots from that CD
and runs the Windows Setup etc... I've even tried to boot
from a floppy insert the MSDN CD and chose d:\setup.exe
only to get the message: "Can't run from DOS mode."
Help??? Arrgh!!!
