msdn subscription responses???

i have posted a couple messages here with questions and expected a reply
within the 2 day period but have yet to see one. i am logged in to the msdn
site and posting from the web interface on there, am i doing something wrong
or is my subscription not recognized for some reason??

ok, hopefully the concierge has got me straightened out... i had the alias
but hadn't put it in the browser newsreader profile.
