msdhmd.dll error!

Every time I try to open this program that I have on my
computer, a thing pops up that says: "CRC error! File
content has been modified. If you run a system debugger,
clear all break points before running this program."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program a
million times, older versions as well. Nothing seems to
work!

Please help!

Post the complete mshtml.dll error.
