The following file, "mscoree.dll" is corrupt and the system cannot access
it. I am wondering what this program is for. Is it something that can be
repaired or is it necessary to completely reload the Windows system to
correct the file

.
mscoree.dll is part of the dot net framework you can
uninstall dot net and reinstall it via windows update or
try Line 201 at

good luck

Do a search of the internet for the file name. You will find the file at many
places. Download the file and place in your System32 folder
