When opening MS Outlook, I get the message "The application has failed to
start because mscoree.dll was not found." But the file does exist.

Any solutions?

In what folder did you find that file? It should be in
%SystemRoot%\System32.

Have you installed the .NET framework? Installing that should correct the
problem as well.
