Under Startup, I would like to be able to read the entire line for Command
and Location that tells me what the programs are. Is there any way to do
that?

Dan

Easiest way is in msconfig/Start Up tab. There are separators between
Startup Item/Command and Location. Position the cursor over these separators
and drag them to make the entire line visible.

Assuming that you're talking about the msconfig program, just grab the
column separator line and drag it to the right then the scroll bar will
appear and you'll be able to see the whole path.

Here's an AVI (1.1 meg) that shows it--
