msconfig

For XP home, in what directory is the msconfig.exe file, I
can't seem to find it. My system came loaded with a
c:\winnt directory instead of c:\windows.
 
just typing msconfig in the run dialog should start it.
otherwise, use the search command since it's not where it
should be anyway.
