MSCONFIG

Hi all;
My computer was infected by a trojan. On deleting the file and trying
to disable start up items, I accidently unchecked "load startup
services" now i have tried safe mode and creating a new user account
and still i am not able to change it back to normal. I am not sure if
its because of the virus, but the computer restarts everytime I click
Run and type in "MSCONFIG" and press Enter. The same happens in SAFE
MODE and in a new user (Admin) account as well. How do i sort this
issue out apart from a clean installation?

1st. You can use " Kaspersky Antivirus software"
It's hav self-defence technology.
so. U download this & install it.
I think U can remove trojan.
other way , if u hav antivirus rescue disk and u can remove virus & trojan.

BUT u need to stay uptodate ur antivirus.

You've got malware on your system, and it hasn't yet been cleaned. Merely
deleting a file won't clean up much.

I suggest you post in microsoft.public.security.homeusers - and also check
out MVP Malke's page here;

O

Ork .

You could do system restore.
However, That Trojan may be in that restore point..

Once Trojan's and virus are removed it is recommended that all restore
points be deleted by turning off sys restore and turning it back on.
