HAVING A PROBLEM ACCESSING (MSCONFIG) TO REMOVE
(ddcmigrate.exe)WHICH IS NOT A SYSTEM FILE THAT COMES WITH
WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM. THE PLATFORM I'M USING IS WINXP
PRO.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP THAT'S SUGGESTED

What error message do you see when you attempt to run MSConfig?

RECOMMENDATIONS:

1. Boot into Safe Mode and run MSConfig.

2. If you know what program DDCMigrate belongs to, uninstall that using
Control Panel / Add-Remove.
