I am not able to do a msconfig in windows 2000 pro. Is
that not a feature or is there another way to get to it.

There is no msconfig in Windows 2000. The XP version works completely
fine with Windows 2000. Do a search for "download msconfig" on the net
and you will get all kinds of places to download it from.
